Liners & Seals

All liners can be offered in rolls or punched (discs).  Each one may have different specifications in order to adjust to customers’ needs.

• Foaming: prevents leakage and evaporation of the product.  Ensures a perfect fit between the hermetic closure cap and bottles.  Perfect closure lining or wadding.  Recommended for food products, pharmaceuticals, cleaning, automotive, agrochemical and cosmetics. Available in discs, sheet, pieces, reels, gaskets and ‘O’ rings.

• One Piece Seal: guarantees the inviolability of the product, offers protection and barrier against entrance of oxygen, moisture and chemicals.  Suitable for medium aggressive products.

• Two Piece Seal: foam and cardboard laminated with aluminum foil suitable for closure and sealing bottles and recipients, offering and excellent barrier against oxygen, moisture and chemicals. Several versions to support all models of bottles and recipients, using induction, cold glue or sealable.  Glued on the bottle, ensures the inviolability and the carrier remains at the bottom of the cap ensuring safety and avoiding leakage after opening.
