Setaş Masterbatch

SETAŞ MASTERBATCH started as a business unit of Setaş Kimya in 2004.  The main purpose was to serve the Polyester Fiber market in Turkey; however, since 2009 operations have extended to all types of synthetic fibers (polyester, nylon and polypropylene) and plastics. Setaş Technology Center has recently developed a new product group called GreenPoint to support the 4R’s:  Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Return to Nature.

 

Fibers

Setaş Masterbatch produces the following fiber grade masterbatches for Polyester, Nylon and Polypropylene fibers:

  • Black Masterbatches
  • White Masterbatches
  • Mono Color Masterbatches
  • Customized Color Masterbatches
  • Additive Masterbatches (anti-microbial, UV, flame retardant, optical brightener)

 

Plastics

SETAŞ MASTERBATCH produces PE, PP, PPRC, PS, SAN, ABS, NYLON 6, PET, PBT, PC and PMMA based masterbatches for all types of plastic resins and plastics applications.
